    Airline Pricing- Behind the Scenes

This morning, I want to share a little insight as to what is going on behind the scenes regarding airlines ticket prices. As you may or may not know, airline ticket fares fluctuate based on supply and demand. If a flight fills up as expected or ahead of schedule fares may increase. On the other hand, if the flight doesn’t fill up as expected fares may drop in an effort by the airline to fill the plane. Unfortunately, for most passengers – they don’t really know where they land (no pun intended) in the cycle. Did they overpay or get a bargain? It’s hard to say – and most likely, they will never know.

My friend and I co-founded Sky Key so that you can stop guessing about when to book and instead ensure that you always lock in the lowest possible fare.

By using Sky Key – you will always get the lowest fare available. We do this by securing the difference between the price you paid when you bought your ticket and the lowest price the fare goes to during its pricing cycle. The difference comes back to you as a future flight credit or a refund.

In the past 2 years, I have traveled to 7 different countries and earned elite status on 2 major US airlines. As a frequent flyer who has always looked for ways to save money, I have found that the single best way to save money on travel is to just pay the lowest price for all of my flights.

Unlock the Sky Key advantage – and feel confident that you’re paying the lowest fare available on your next flight!

    Happy travels!! (and saving$!)
