FAQ’s:

• Flight details always remain the same (Seats, flight times, automatic upgrades, etc.)
• Flights must be directly booked through the airline, not 3rd party OTA’s or travel portals
• Does not work with Basic Economy or Alaska Saver fares
• For non-refundable tickets, you will get future flight credits back directly from the airline
• For refundable tickets, you will get credit card refunds back directly from the airline
• For points & miles award tickets, you will get points & miles back to the airline account they came from
• Points & miles value is assumed at 1 cent per point. So any points & miles saved, will be charged based on that rate. (Example: 10,000 points saved = $25 charged)
• 25% savings charge happens when your flight departs (or is canceled) because there is often multiple price drops
• 25% savings fee is assessed separately based on the value saved, not taken off as a piece of flight credits or refunds
