I booked a refundable flight, now what?

Now that you successfully purchased a refundable flight, if you need to change or cancel your flight you will be refunded back to your original form of payment. If you paid for your flight with a credit card, you will see the refund in your credit card account (it usually takes 7-10 business days to appear).

Are there any other ways to protect my flight purchase?

Yes. We recommend putting your flight on Sky Key. Why?

    • If the price of your flight drops, Sky Key will get you a refund for the difference (without changing your flight/seat)
    • The refund will be deposited back to your original form of payment (e.g., your credit card)
    • Please note: Sky Key works on both refundable and non-refundable flights. Just upload your ticket to start saving

Sky Key is risk-free and you only pay if you save. It gives you peace of mind knowing that you paid the lowest price possible for your flight, every time.
